SocialBoosting takes copyright seriously and responds to valid DMCA notices. This page explains how to report suspected infringement, what a complete notice must include, and how counter-notifications are handled.

Platform rules: Terms of Service. Data practices: Privacy Policy.

INTRODUCTION

This DMCA Policy explains how SocialBoosting handles copyright complaints, counter-notifications and related intellectual property matters across socialboosting.com, including its website pages, checkout process, account analyzer tools and social media growth services for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.

SocialBoosting has supported creators, influencers and businesses since 2016, and respects the rights of artists, brands and rights holders. We review valid notices carefully and act on them fairly, in line with applicable law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where it applies.

Please read this policy together with our Terms of Service, Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy, which cover the wider rules for using SocialBoosting and how personal data is handled.

OUR COMMITMENT TO COPYRIGHT

SocialBoosting does not intend to host, promote or profit from content that copies someone else’s creative work without permission. Customers, partners and contributors are expected to respect copyrights, trademarks and related rights whenever they use the platform.

If you believe material connected to SocialBoosting infringes your copyright, you can submit a notice using the steps below. If you believe material was removed or a service was paused by mistake, you can respond with a counter-notification.

Complete, good-faith notices help us resolve claims quickly and avoid disrupting customers who use SocialBoosting legitimately to grow their social media presence.

WHAT CONTENT SOCIALBOOSTING HOSTS

SocialBoosting is a service and delivery platform for social media growth, not a content hosting site or an open user-generated content platform. Most of what appears on socialboosting.com is our own material: service pages, blog articles, guides, checkout pages and support communications.

To complete an order, customers share limited information, such as a username, a public profile link, a post or video link, and optional custom comment text. SocialBoosting never asks for account passwords or login access.

SocialBoosting does not host, upload or claim ownership of any content published on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or other third-party platforms. Profiles, posts, videos and engagement on those platforms remain subject to each platform’s own terms and copyright policies. If you believe content on one of these platforms infringes your rights, you should also report it to that platform directly, because only the platform can remove content it hosts.

Material connected to SocialBoosting includes:

  • Service and help pages describing followers, likes, views, comments and other growth services for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
  • Blog articles, images, graphics and other content published on socialboosting.com, in every language version of the site.
  • Order and payment records, and customer support conversations.
  • Usernames, profile links, post links and custom comment text that customers submit to fulfill an order.

REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe your copyrighted work is being used on SocialBoosting without authorization, send a DMCA notice to our designated contact, including the information listed in the next section.

Your notice should point to the exact page on socialboosting.com, or the social media link connected to an order, where the material appears. It should describe the original work you own and explain why you believe the use is not authorized.

If you believe a post, video or profile linked to a SocialBoosting order infringes your copyright, we will pause any active or future services for that content while your notice is reviewed.

For questions that are not about copyright, please use Contact Us instead, so your message reaches the right team.

REQUIRED DMCA NOTICE INFORMATION

A complete notice helps us review your claim without delay. Notices that leave out any of the following may take longer to process:

  • Your physical or electronic signature. A typed full name is generally accepted for notices sent by email.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed, or a representative list if several works are involved.
  • Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it, such as page URLs, social media links, screenshots or an order reference.
  • Your contact details: full name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner.

If you are not sure whether your situation counts as copyright infringement, you may want to consult a qualified lawyer before sending a formal notice.

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCESS

If SocialBoosting removes or disables material, or pauses a service, after receiving a copyright notice, and you believe this happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification should include your signature, a description of the material that was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name and contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Once we receive a complete counter-notification, we may forward it to the person who filed the original notice. If they do not inform us within the legally applicable period that they have started court proceedings, we may restore the material or resume the service.

REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

SocialBoosting may restrict, suspend or close accounts, and decline future orders, for customers who are found to be repeat infringers, in line with applicable law and our Terms of Service.

We may also act when we see signs of abuse, such as bad-faith complaints, fraudulent chargebacks or attempts to use the copyright process against legitimate customers.

GOOD FAITH REQUIREMENT

Copyright notices and counter-notifications should only be submitted in good faith. Misusing the DMCA process can harm innocent people and may have legal consequences.

SocialBoosting checks submissions for completeness and credibility, but we cannot decide complex ownership disputes. Where ownership is unclear, the parties involved may need to resolve the matter through the appropriate legal channels.

FALSE CLAIM WARNING

Knowingly sending a false or materially misleading notice or counter-notification may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees in some jurisdictions.

Please do not use the DMCA process for competitor disputes, refund requests or complaints about an order. Those are handled through our support team and Refund Policy.

DMCA notices are for copyright matters only. Questions about delivery, billing or your account should go through Contact Us, with your order reference.

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to acknowledge complete DMCA notices quickly and take appropriate action within a reasonable time, depending on the complexity of the claim and the information provided.

Notices that are incomplete, include unclear links or need further verification may take longer. We may contact you for more details before acting.

Counter-notifications are handled according to the applicable legal timelines.
